UPDATE

I am no longer teaching cooking classes, although I enjoyed it very much.

At home I experiment with a variety of foods. I mostly make authentic Thai foods as well as Thai-American fusion dishes. However, Italian, Southern specialties, other Western cuisines and certain foods from the Far East, especially Korea and Japan, make appearances from time-to-time. And, sweets, of course. I love baking, period.

At work, I am learning about raw foods, a trendy but definitely here-to-stay healthy way of eating, and an approach to eating that supplements my own diet. These raw food dishes not only can be very tasty, but, in terms of variety and selection, there are hundreds of unique raw dishes that you can try at home.

My goal is to continue sharing how-to's on bringing real Thai cuisine into your home. But I also plan to introduce some of my newer interests. Hope you enjoy it!
